Getting Started for Teams

This page will take you through how to setup a team account, invite your team members, create Spaces and Private Groups.

Registration of Team

Please go to Register Team and provide the following details:

  • Domain - Choose a Domain Name for your team on YellowAnt.
  • Team Name - Name of your Team or Organizational Unit
  • Email Address - Email address of the administrator of the Account

You will receive an email containing a link to finish your Registration as a User and Administrator. You'l need to provide the following details:

  • Administrator Name - Name of your Team or Organizational Unit
  • Email Address - Email address of the administrator of the Account
  • Password - Email address of the administrator of the Account

Inviting your Team on YellowAnt

After finishing your Registration as an Administrator, you will be asked to enter comma seperated email addresses of your team members. The format is as shown below.

  • vishwa@qbeeko.com, ankur@qbeeko.com

To add more team members, go to Team Directory(https://www.Team_Domain.yellowant.com/friends/) page located under your team name on top left.

Click on Invite a Team Member and enter the Email Address of your Team Member and click on "Send Invite". An email with the registration link will be sent to your team member. They will be visible on your team page after they have registered.
